Although the concept of Mindfulness as a discipline originated in the 20th century, what it proposes, deep down, is something as old as human consciousness: meditating, living our inner and outer reality to the maximum in order to achieve a feeling of peace, wellbeing and creativity.


With the Mindfulness program I encourage participants to access innate tools for our wellbeing and for the achievement of goals, by working on:
